Your responsibilities:

- Manage general compliance, operations, and administrative matters and address related queries
- Ensure buildings adhere to legislative requirements (e.g. Fire, Lift, and Ancillary compliances).
- Submission and completion of fire safety certifications\
- Review and execute AFSS as directed
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including Strata Committees, Managers, Contractors, Councils, etc.
- Obtain quotes and organise repairs with contractors
- Address broader certification requirements for buildings, ensuring appropriate scheduling for all stakeholders.
