As **Downer Energy** continues to grow and evolve, we are seeking to bolster our high performing team with the addition of key strategic opportunities. With this in mind, we are searching for a **Program & Scheduling Coordinator **to consolidate various work streams to meet our customer target dates, productivity & revenue targets and ensure an effective three month look ahead of our work program.

**THE OPPORTUNITY**

Based at our Thomastown depot and reporting to the Senior Program & Forecasting Manager, the Program & Scheduling Coordinator packages and prioritises short term work programs before referring work packages to our highly competent planning team to be planned with a high level of detail. The coordination of prioritising and planning our work program is critical to the success of our delivery teams. This role is highly collaborative with a range of internal and external stakeholders.

Some key responsibilities include:

- Develop and manage rolling work programs to achieve optimized efficiency and cost reductions.
- Develop resource strategies to maximise work allocations from the customer.
- Predict early impacts on commercial arrangements to allow intervention and actively work to reduce such impacts.
- Review incoming works from the customer to ensure they are to a constructable and billable standard.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of final month end reports.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Maintenance, Planning or Scheduling experience within the Electricity Distribution, Telco or equivalent (highly advantageous).
- Project Management of Asset Management qualifications desirable.
- A solid knowledge and understanding of project controls and tracking.
- A willingness to participate in an on-call roster and complete overtime when required, particularly during major events.
