Our client is Australia's leading manufacturer of gypsum-based products such as plasterboard and cornice, as well as compounds, adhesives, specialty plasters and associated finishing materials and accessories.

**The Opportunity**:
Frontline is currently seeking a **Sales Warehouse Coordinator** for an immediate start; this is a Casual on-going role based in Thomastown.

**Your daily duties will consist of**:

- Face to face customer service
- Provide accurate product information (e.g product features, pricing)
- Cross-selling products
- Manage returns of merchandise
- Face to face customer service
- Fulfilling orders within warehouse
- Organizing deliveries
- Assist in managing and replenishing stock
- Experienced and quality pick/packer (when required)
- Assist customers in loading into their vehicle
- Relocating materials in warehouse
- Ensure work environment is clean & tidy

**To be considered for this role, you must demonstrate the following**:

- Valid Forklift Licence (preferably but not mandatory)
- Must have full working rights
- Be available Monday to Friday
- Exceptional customer service
- Proficient in basic computer skills

(MS Office & SAP system experience advantageous)
- A strong commitment to OH&S principles
- Excellent attention to detail
- Safety focused
- Reliable and punctual
- Physically fit

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Thomastown, VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- labouring: 1 year (preferred)
- Picking & packing: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Forklift Licence (required)

- Australia (required)
