**Project Coordinator/Admin Assistant**
- Sensational role for an experienced full time Project Coordinator/Admin Assistant to hone their skills with this growing and dynamic construction company.

Our company specialises in the design, supply and installation of professional roof access, façade access, fall arrest, fabricated metalwork and lifting solutions. With our in-house fabrication and partnerships with leading and highly talented engineers, we are also able to provide completely custom systems specifically designed for our client’s needs. With over 20 years industry experience, our dynamic and flexible team have earnt us a reputation for being innovative, versatile, and reliable.
Offering a flexible working environment, we are looking for a detail focused individual to join the team, providing support to the business whilst taking ownership of their role.
Your responsibilities can include (but not limited to):
- Providing admin support to the project/management team
- Assisting with preparation of quotes, tender documents, and purchase orders
- Assisting with invoicing and progress claims
- Assisting with management and coordination of projects and project contracts
- Liaising directly with builders and suppliers
- General admin and data entry duties
Having worked in a similar role previously you:
- Are able to work autonomously, as well as in a small team.
- Are proficient in CAD and Office
- Have the ability to communicate to a broad audience.
- Are highly organised, able to prioritise and meet deadlines.
- Want to develop in the role, taking on more ad hoc responsibilities as they arise.
- Have had experience working across a broad range of administrative functions and taking ownership.
- Have a strong business sense.
- Have had some exposure to XERO.
- Have experience working in the construction industry and knowledge of construction terminology and processes.

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
