**Company**

This highly recognisable Property brand is looking for a Finance Analyst to help lead and drive commercial insights into business operations. They continue to build a high performing culture having successfully completed business-wide transformation and now look to continue to develop performance and efficiency.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing strong financial support to commercial stakeholders by providing financial insights and decision support to maximise the profitability and sustainability of the business.

**Role & Responsibility**
- **Monthly development reporting - **accurately reporting on forward looking development pipeline and current projects under construction
- **Return metrics - **calculated accurately each month for board reports
- **Project Feasibilities** - Preparation of Monthly Feasibility Reports for active projects for both internal and external purposes
- **Valuations** - Assist in completing external valuations for development projects by providing a source information and support so that external valuers can complete the valuations
- **Investment analysis - **Conduct investment analysis and benchmarking to provide senior management with financial information to support major investment decisions
- **Covenant analysis - **on companies for prelease developments, providing management with clear recommendation on security requirements and covenant strength
- **Improving processes - **pro-actively seek and implement process/systems improvements within the team and across Finance.
- **Team involvement -** provide assistance to other team members during heavy workload times and other ad hoc tasks when required.
- **Fee generation - **ensuring all fees are calculated correctly and forecast models are accurately updated enabling management to forecast revenue 2+ years.

**Profile**

To be successful in this role, the following experience is desirable:

- CA/CPA qualified or working towards
- Degree qualification
- Tertiary qualifications in an accounting, business, property, economics, or related discipline
- Property experience not required, but a passion for the industry is
- Exposure to reporting and analytic skills with accounting systems package
- Good knowledge of Excel
- Strong communication skills
