**About the Opportunity**
This role represents a rare opportunity to work on the pioneering SSN AUKUS Build Program, delivering an essential sovereign capability for Australia. Reporting to the Information Mobilisation Manager and Technical Administrator Lead, the Technical Administrator is responsible for processing information and technical documentation activities within systems, including the receipt and registration of documents within digital registers, ensuring authorized transmission of documents, data, and information to internal and external parties, and conducting audits to manage information and technical document baselines.
**Responsibilities**
- Process tasks to enable document management within ASC and CoA tools.
- Conduct tasks directed by the Technical Administrator Lead to meet scheduled deadlines.
- Communicate the status of DM tasks with projected views for management.
- Escalate any issues, problems, or challenges through the hierarchy chain, offering solutions where possible.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the manager.
- Please note: Availability for collaboration calls outside normal working hours (UK timezone) is required. Periodic domestic and international travel may also be required on an ad hoc basis._
**About you**
- Must have current NV1 clearance.
- Understanding of Document Management (DM) and information management in a Defence environment.
- Good analytical and attention to detail skills.
- Undertake tasks accordingly with a high standard of personal organisation and departmental goals.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
**Eligibility**
This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance to an NV1 level. Your eligibility for this role is dependent on you obtaining and maintaining such clearance.
