**The Role**
The Health Infrastructure Project Support Officer will be responsible for the management of the minor works program that includes planned activities through the Estate Works Program and the provision of technical advice for unplanned activities. Additionally, this position will be the Joint Health Command (JHC) liaison point of contact throughout the delivery of funded minor work projects.

As the Health Infrastructure Project Support Officer, you will be responsible for:

- Managing JHC Health Infrastructure's incoming and outgoing stakeholder correspondence.
- Maintaining master tracker of all infrastructure projects and program of works.
- Maintaining close relationships with the Estate Work Program Office and other key stakeholders to enable the prioritisation of health infrastructure works.

There will be a requirement to travel within Australia on a frequent basis to attend health infrastructure and estate planning meetings at identified Bases, representing JHC.

**About our Team**
The Health Infrastructure team is responsible to the Director General Health Business and Plans to manage the Joint Health Command estate. This includes managing major projects and minor works across the Garrison, remaining cognisant of State and Territory regulations.

Within Garrison there are 49 health facilities that deliver health care to the Australian Defence Force. The garrison health facilities are required to be fit-for-purpose and our team is responsible to ensure compliance through management and development of major and minor infrastructure works.
