**About our Bilinga Centre**

Conveniently located at the Southern end of the Gold Coast in front of the Gold Coast Airport and just a short walk from Southern Cross University. Edge Early Learning Bilinga Kindergarten and Childcare is our newest Gold Coast centre. The purpose-built centre features spacious indoor/outdoor play areas, giving children freedom to explore and learn through play.

**Are you our next Edge Nursery Lead Educator?**
**As an Lead Educator, you will**:

- Lead a team of Educators within our Nursery room, whilst focusing on individual development and mentoring in the education, care and supervision of each child
- An ability to work collaboratively with fellow Educators to develop and implement inspirational educational programs.
- Create a friendly, secure, and stimulating interactive learning environment.
- Nurture and develop our team members so they confidently contribute to our children’s learning.
- Develop trusting and honest relationships with children, families, colleagues, management and community stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with EYLF and NQS are met or exceeded

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education or 'actively working towards'
- Current Blue Card
- Current First Aid & CPR (HLTAID004) Certificate
- Current Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificate
- Prior experience as a Lead Educator is required

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 37.5 per week

**Salary**: Up to $30.65 per hour
