PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Based at the Gold Coast Airport we are looking for the below positions.
- Two Tigers Front of House Supervisor
- Supervisor Hungry Jack
RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Supervisor, you will be reporting directly to the Outlet Manager, your duties will include:
- Manage the daily operations of food and beverage outlets, ensuring efficient service and high-quality standards
- Train, mentor, and coordinate staff to maintain productivity and excellent customer service
- Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor the quality of food and beverages to meet required standards
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations

- Must be available to work Early Mornings, Afternoon/Evening Shifts and Weekends
