PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

Based at the Gold Coast Airport we are looking for the below positions.

  • Two Tigers Front of House Supervisor
  • Supervisor Hungry Jack

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Supervisor, you will be reporting directly to the Outlet Manager, your duties will include:

  • Manage the daily operations of food and beverage outlets, ensuring efficient service and high-quality standards
  • Train, mentor, and coordinate staff to maintain productivity and excellent customer service
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Monitor the quality of food and beverages to meet required standards
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations

  • Ability to think on your feet and work under pressure
  • Confident communicator with the ability to engage with customers
  • A willingness to learn
  • Must be available to work Early Mornings, Afternoon/Evening Shifts and Weekends
