We have a fantastic opportunity for a motivated person with exceptional customer service skills to join our team as an Optical Assistant. Be involved in ensuring an excellent customer/patient journey from start to finish.

**Description**:
Key Accountability Areas & Related Responsibilities
- Be able to use your previous customer service experience and knowledge to communicate clearly with patients and visitors in a bright, friendly manner and promptly attend to their needs
- Provide your fashion expertise to help patients choose frames that not only meet their needs/desires, but also look great
- Willing to keep up to date with product knowledge and fashions (e.g.: frames, sunglasses, contact lens and accessories)
- A willingness to learn and be trained, in standard optical procedures and technologies
- Maintain a tidy practice environment to ensure a positive overall patient experience

**Skills and Experiences**:
About you
- Previous customer service experience, optical experience not necessary
- Willingness to learn and work in a team with a positive can-do attitude
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Able to work some weekends
