Located in the Western Corridor of Brisbane/ Ipswich, Springfield Central State High School offers the opportunity for staff and students to play a key role in the wider Springfield Learning Coalition, supporting the development's founding dream of being a hub for learning from Prep to University.As the Head of Department - Mathematics you will have responsibility for:

- Lead the school department to develop, articulate and commit to a shared educational vision focussed on providing quality learning outcomes for all students.
- Ensuring key systemic requirements are enacted.
- Embed socially just practices in daily school life.
- Set high standards for student and staff performance.
- Actively participate in lifelong learning and ongoing professional development.
- Form partnerships with students, parents, other government agencies, and community groups.
