**Internal Communications Specialist - Sydney Office - Permanent Full Time**

A great opportunity for an energetic **Internal Communications Specialist** based in **Sydney** to join our Corporate Communications and PR team. Reporting directly to the Director of Corporate Communications, you will be passionate about proactively building relationships across our business to understand our culture, business strategy, products and priorities.

We’ve got a bunch of brands under our umbrella that make us Australia’s home of property and you will partner with Domain’s key stakeholders and the Executive Leadership team to develop an internal communications strategy that will continue to drive the desired culture at Domain.

You love story-telling and communicating. You can write and create thoughtful, clear and impactful content that drives employee engagement and understanding across a range of mediums to ensure our group communications are consistent, understood and fun

**Who are you?**
- Have proven experience in designing, delivering and managing an internal communications strategy and collaborating with all levels of stakeholders so internal and external communications are in sync
- Know your way around a company intranet (we use Simpplr) and how to keep employees coming back to it
- Have proven ability to write, film, edit and/or create engaging content for employees
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite or Canva for content creation would be advantageous
- Ability to handle conflicting demands, projects and stakeholders
- Deliver staff announcements and other key employee related communication documentation for the business across all channels
- Partner with all managers including Executives to coordinate messaging
- Work with the Marketing team and People Experience Team to promote Domain externally as it relates to employees
- Monitor and manage Group website and social media accounts
- Critique and improve internal materials developed by other teams to ensure consistency of messaging and alignment to Domain’s brand and internal tone
- Bring passion, creativity and spark to internal communications activity to celebrate the efforts of our people and what we achieve

**Why join us?**
We are big on flexibility; our team typically does 3 days a week in the office and the rest of the time we WFH.

We’re the right size business for you to make a real impact, with a workplace culture where you can be you. Perks of the role include:

- Flexibility tailored to you - so if you’ve recently made a sea change, work adjusted hours or like the idea of hybrid working, it’ll be perfect
- Autonomy & creativity - we know you’re great at what you do, and we let you bring those ideas, experience and confidence into the role
- First-rate parental leave and wellbeing policies
- Discounts on things like _Domain Home Loans_
- Access to _Perkbox_, giving you discounts across healthcare, entertainment, food, utilities and more
- Continuous opportunities to leap, learn and grow

We don’t just talk, we do. Every day we solve property problems for Australians and beyond. We encourage our people to see the possibilities and turn them into realities. That’s why we want you.

**Who are we?**
We shine a light on all things property. Our business aims to simplify the property journey for all involved; motivated by expertise and our exclusive data. Changing the way people engage with property requires a team of diverse thinkers.
