- Experience in Disability or Age care industry.
- Subscribe to a culture of teamwork, caring and quality service.
- An understanding of the reality of working for a commercial operation.
- Proven leadership abilities
- It is also essential to have good judgment, quick decision-making and excellent staff management skills.
- Current National Police Clearance.
- Inside sales experience (not mandatory )
