A leading upmarket **Restaurant** in the **Mornington Peninsula, Victoria** is presently searching for a **Service Supervisor** to assist the manager in the overall performances for the venue.

Presently working as an Assistant Restaurant Manager or Supervisor with at least 3 years experience
- **Supervise the entire F&B service team throughout each shift within a fast-paced working environment**:

- **Assisting in training 15-20 staff members to ensure quality and consistency**:

- **Able to successfully communicate with other senior team members of the business to ensure a smooth work flow throughout the business**:

- **Good experience in a structured policy driven arena**:

- **Ability to work in a team environment and focus on quality and be very hands-on**:

- **Provide efficient restaurant bar services and exquisite service techniques**:

- **Have great communication skills with the restaurants guests, from the initial greeting and farewell, to dealing effectively and professionally with customer comments and complaints**:

- **Advise guests on food and matching beverage services**:

- **Create a positive working environment**:

- **Supervising and processing food & beverage orders using POS systems**:

- **Adhering to company procedures and service techniques**:

- **Stock control and ordering**:

- **Follow opening and closing procedures**:

- **Clear understanding of responsible service of alcohol and licensing provisions**:

- **Be the ultimate supervisor, coordinate a great service with a smile**

**Salary**: $75,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Restaurant management: 3 years (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Ability to Commute:

- Mornington Peninsula, VIC (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Mornington Peninsula, VIC: Relocate before starting work (required)
