**We are seeking an experienced Resort Operations Supervisor for the F&B and/or Housekeeping Departments.**

Depending on your experience, you will have the opportunity to work within both the Housekeeping and F&B operation, or specialise within one department.

**Restaurant and Event Services**:

- **Understanding of F&B offering including food product and exceptional wine list**:

- **Lead your shift with creativity, harmony and direction**:

- **Wine matching**:

- **Managing POS system**:

- **Onboarding & training of new staff members**:

- **Provide exceptional customer service culture and outcomes**:

- **Take guests orders, handle any complaints and set harmony in the workforce**:

- **Overseeing the bar operation**:

- **Quality control on product and service**:

- **Reporting to the restaurant manager**

Housekeeping:

- **Lead your shift with creativity, harmony and direction**:

- **Provide necessary training for new staff members**:

- **Assigning housekeeping tasks to staff and inspecting work to ensure that the prescribed standards of cleanliness and hygiene are met**:

- **'Hands on' involved in the operations and preforming cleaning duties as necessary**:

- **Training, development and assessment of team members**:

- **Regularly taking inventory of cleaning supplies and ordering stock as needed**:

- **Issuing cleaning supplies and equipment to housekeeping staff as needed**:

- **Reporting to the Executive Housekeeper**

**Salary**: $67,500.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
