Foh Supervisor

**400 Gradi Mornington** is looking for an experienced **Front of House Supervisor / Shift Leader** to join our team

We’re seeking a confident and passionate hospitality professional who takes pride in leadership, service excellence, and teamwork. This is a **hands-on supervisory role** for someone ready to take the next step in their hospitality career and grow with our busy, vibrant Mornington venue.

**Required**
- Minimum **3 years’ experience** in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant.
- Proven **leadership or supervisory experience** in a FOH or bar environment.
- Current **RSA certification**.
- Availability for **evening, weekend, and public holiday** shifts.
- Strong communication skills, initiative, and a friendly, professional attitude.
- Well-groomed, highly organised, and able to multitask under pressure.
- Flexible and reliable with roster changes.

**Pay**: Casual or Part-Time | $28.12 - $35.15 per hour
**Award Classification**: _Level 4 - Food and Beverage Attendant Grade 4_

**About the Role**

As a **Shift Leader**, you will supervise **front-of-house and bar operations** during service, ensuring standards are met and team efficiency is maintained.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Leading **pre-shift briefings** and managing overall service flow.
- Supervising staff and ensuring compliance with company policies and service standards.
- Handling **guest concerns** and resolving service issues professionally.
- Managing **cash handling, reconciliations, and stock monitoring**.
- Supporting management with rostering, training, and daily operational needs.
- Upholding venue presentation, cleanliness, and health & safety standards.

Knowledge of Italian cuisine, wine, and beverage service is an advantage, full training will be provided.
