About the Company:

We are a trusted third-party logistics (3PL) provider specializing in sensitive freight solutions. Our services are built on precision, compliance, and reliability, supporting clients across high-security and high-compliance industries. We are seeking a capable and experienced Warehouse AM/PM Leadership to lead operations at our NSW site.

About the Role:

Reporting to the NSW State Manager, the Warehouse AM/PM Leadership team will oversee all warehousing operations at our Western Sydney site. This two-person leadership approach includes an AM leader starting earlier in the day and a PM leader starting later, with crossover during core hours to ensure continuity and collaboration. Together, they will ensure the safe, compliant, and efficient handling of sensitive freight, while also collaborating with our interstate warehouse teams to maintain national consistency and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage day-to-day warehouse operations at the NSW site

· Ensure compliance with safety, security, and regulatory standards for sensitive freight

· Lead and develop warehouse staff, including rostering, training, and performance management

· Maintain inventory accuracy and oversee warehouse management systems

· Maintain the high standard inbound receipt process, with labelling and put away

· Unloading containers, checking and reporting on accuracy and conditions of items

· Coordinate with internal teams and clients to meet service expectations

· Support continuous improvement in warehouse layout, processes, and efficiency

· Monitor and report on warehouse KPIs to the NSW State Manager

· Collaborate with interstate warehouse teams to align operational standards

Skills & Experience:

· Proven experience in warehouse management, ideally within a 3PL or sensitive freight environment

· Strong leadership and team management skills

· Forklift licence (required)

· Solid understanding of WHS regulations and compliance standards

· Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office

· Excellent organizational and communication skills

· Comfortable being physically involved when needed (e.g. loading/unloading containers, picking orders, put aways, inbound receipting, stock takes and investigations)
