We have a newly created opportunity in our group People Experience team for a Business Partner, Performance & Capability.

**Position Purpose**

Our Performance and Capability team are responsible for the design and delivery of programs that provide our people with engaging pathways for growth and success.

Programs that include:

- development and mentorship of our established and emerging leaders and managers
- onboarding - ensuring that our new starters are engaged, informed, and excited by their decision to join IDP
- the development of functional and operational skills aligned to our customers first mindset and focus on outstanding customer experience
- support for our business strategies and values - ensuring all our people are a part of our story and success
- essential learning supporting compliance, regulatory requirements, and organisational policies or initiatives
- supporting capacity building and internal skills development

Working closely with our stakeholders from across our business to understand learning needs and priorities, you will collaborate with the Performance & Capability team in the design of programs that support our strategic priorities and effectively engage our people to learn and grow.

**A bit about you**
- Solid applied learning & development experience in a multi-functional organisation, preferably with a global footprint.
- Sound business partnering skills; the ability to engage with key stakeholders to understand their needs and work collaboratively with instructional designers to synthesise those needs into meaningful learning solutions
- The proven ability to contribute in a matrix environment, and have worked with global stakeholders/key contributors.
- Degree qualifications in a relevant discipline and evidence of having invested in your own professional development.
