**Your role**

**What you’ll do**
- **Process Improvement** - Identify and implement process enhancements to streamline grants administration, increase efficiency, and ensure alignment with regulatory frameworks and organizational goals.

**What we’re looking for**
- Demonstrated experience in aligning an administrative role with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with the ability to liaise at all levels.
- Experience with SmartyGrants or similar highly regarded however not essential.
