**Your role**
Multicultural NSW is looking for an experienced Communications & Marketing Manager.
This role will develop and implement communication and marketing strategies to build awareness and motivate customers to access Multicultural NSW’s interpreting and translation services.
Reporting to the Associate Director Communication and Marketing, the role will work with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate and execute communication initiatives.
**What you’ll do**
In this role you will:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with overall business goals.
- Communicate with current and future customers and staff, generating informational and motivational content to promote programs to target markets.
- Manage all elements of communication for the Language Services portfolio, including events, newsletters and brand.
- Manage other communication projects across the business as required.
**What we’re looking for**
You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
You can work collaboratively with others in your team, across the organisation and with diverse stakeholders at all levels. You are able to navigate the different interests of a range of stakeholders.
You have strong attention to detail, planning and prioritisation skills, and can successfully manage multiple projects at the same time.
