**Your role**

Multicultural NSW is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Associate Director of Communications.

The role will lead a range of varied communication and marketing strategies to support Multicultural NSW in delivering its Strategic Plan.

Working closely with the Director of Communications, the role will collaborate with a number of internal and external stakeholders to oversee communications channels and content across a wide range of projects.

**What you’ll do**

You will provide strategic communications advice and develop content, ensuring it is engaging and aligned with stakeholder needs and expectations.

You will foster and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to enhance the image of the business and deliver opportunities to build employee understanding and engagement in programs and projects.

You will develop and lead a high performing team, providing a constructive and supportive work environment.
