Look no further Our multi-partner eco-system is seeking a Service Integration Manager to join our team and support the seamless integration of services across our partner eco-system. In this role, you will have the opportunity to build meaningful long-term relationships with key stakeholders while providing stable, scalable systems integration solutions that meet both business demands and strategic objectives.

We are looking for individuals to bring their experience and make a difference by:

- Plan, direct, support, execute, and lead technical integration across the organization
- Ensure seamless integration of services across partner eco-system
- Manage Help Desk services and collaborate with service providers to identify continuous improvement opportunities to increase operational efficiency
- Provide stable, scalable systems integration solutions that meet business demands and strategic objectives
- Build meaningful long-term relationships with all key stakeholders on a day-to-day basis
- Manage Global Command Centre for providing Major Incident Management Service and identify continuous improvement opportunities
- People management of Asset Manager & Telco Co-ordinator roles

Desired Skills and qualification:

- Tertiary level qualifications in Business, Commerce, Information Services or an IT related discipline are desirable
- Conceptional knowledge of Information Technology
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Detailed understanding of, and practical experience of using different data tools to transform and analyze different data sets
- Experience of discovering and sharing analytical insight with stakeholders with various levels of analytical expertise and at all levels of seniority
- Strong proficiency with spreadsheets
- ITIL/ITAM certification
