Hitachi Construction Machinery Australia (HCA) is a leading manufacturer of construction and mining equipment.

**The Opportunity**

Our Somerton branch is on the lookout for enthusiastic Service Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will provide end-to-end administration support for the Service team.

**Reporting to the Branch Co-ordinator, your responsibilities will include**:

- Opening & closing of service jobs
- Processing of purchase orders and invoices
- Data processing for the Service department
- Completion of service paperwork
- Payroll support and processing as required (timesheets & Kronos)
- Arranging site inductions, training and maintaining records
- Assist in other general service administration tasks

**To be successful in this role, you will have**:

- Previous experience in a similar administrative role
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong data entry skills
- Proficient in the use of MS Office, including Word and Excel
- The ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
