We are currently looking to engage an additional CAD Drafter (Technician) to join our Rail team in our Brisbane office.

**Overview of the role**:

- Autonomous preparation of high-quality drawing and model deliverables for major Rail projects
- Working closely with engineers and design modelers to ensure drawing production is on-time and to the required client presentation standards
- Maintaining and reporting on personal workload, forecasting time to complete for tasks
- Comply with Documentation Standards and Quality Systems relevant to client and discipline
- Possess appropriate time management skills and flexibility to allow for the management of a varying workload

**What we’ll love about you**:

- CAD Drafter with a minimum of 2 years’ experience - rail experience ideal
- Diploma or Advanced Diploma of Engineering (or equivalent qualification) is desirable
- Demonstrated experience in production of high quality design drawings for civil engineering and transport projects, to local standards
- Preparation of drawings and reference models in **AutoCAD / Microstation**:

- Working knowledge of Drawing Management systems such as Projectwise
- Experience in various project phases including tender design, detailed design, and as-built drawing production
- Experience in managing the drafting of small to medium sized projects including the work of others
