SUMMARY
Jeena Global is a company with a legacy of more than 120 years, and is one of the largest Indian freight forwarders consistently ranking among the top 10 logistics companies in India. Jeena Global Logistics Pty Ltd (Australia) is a comparatively young company and has only been trading locally for 3 years. It is in the early stages of establishing itself in the Australian Market. The Management would like to gradually scale up its business operations. Since the business is presently focussed on the India Australia Trade lane, we feel the commercial need to have a key person based out of Australia with the required skill set and knowledge of the business and intricate knowledge of the logistics operations of India.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Complete attention to the duties to establish, extend and increase the business of the Jeena Global Logtistics Pty Ltd through Business Development, Geographical networking and Expansion.
- Responsible for generating Business i. E. Top Line and also generating healthy business bottom line.
- Develop and Implementation of Sales & Marketing strategies to achieve sales and growth targets.
- Responsible for setting up and achieving budgeted sales, volumes and profitability targets.
- Increase the number of clients and maintain business relations with them.
- Maintaining the existing business clients and deep selling with existing clines.
- Growing the business volumes for India Australia Trade lane.
- Maintain good relations with the Carriers both Air & Sea (i. E Airlines & Shipping Lines).
- Negotiating globally on behalf of the client with service providers such as shipping lines, airlines, warehouses and transporters.
- Tailor made DOOR to DOOR solutions for clients in AU and IN, create an ease of doing business.
- Developing Australia trade lane with the target to achieve year on year business growth of 25%.
- Ensuring profitable business operations.
- Complete control of the business expenses.
- Responsible for establishing the brand name of the Company in International market.
- Representing the organization at official occasions, in negotiations, at conventions, seminars, public hearings and forums, and liaising between areas of responsibility
- Planning policy and setting standards and objectives for organisation.
- Business Graduate from a Management Institute with specialization in Marketing.
- Minimum 3 years work experience in International Freight Forwarding with working experience of the Indian market.
- Experience in International Trade Lane development and having good domain knowledge of International Freight Forwarding.
- Strong knowledge of Indian Freight Forwarding Operations and Market.
- Strong Marketing skills and experience in Marketing and Customer Relations.
- Good communication skills and good command over spoken and written English.
- Good Interpersonal skills.
- Strong English skill and preferably bilingual (Hindi/Punjabi if possible).

**Benefits**:
Proposed Salary: A$ 131,317 Per Annum + Super
