**About you**

Serco is currently seeking a Professional Writing or Communication graduate with interest in a role focused on writing and editing. The role will support specialist bid teams develop and deliver high quality written proposals. You have excellent writing and editing skills, a collaborative and team-oriented approach and can easily build relationships. You have exceptional attention to detail and thrive under pressure, showing tenacity and persistence. You have the flexibility to work in different locations and outside normal business hours when required.

**About the role**

Serco is a global provider of services to government and commercial organisations and, in the Asia-Pacific region, delivers contracts in Australia, New Zealand and Hong Kong. In Australia, Serco business units focus on facilities management in health, education, aged care, housing and other sectors, as well as delivering operations and maintenance services in defence, justice, immigration and citizen services.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- tertiary qualifications in Professional Writing, Communication, Journalism or English, or qualifications in a related technical field
- an interest in business and technical writing
- an ability to review high volumes of written material and meet strict deadlines
- high levels of personal integrity and ethical behaviour
- the confidence to provide feedback and advice to more senior colleagues
- experience using MS Word, MS Teams and SharePoint.
