Are you ready to take your career to the next level? 

We are seeking experienced Bid Writers, Bid Managers, Tender Writers, Precontract Engineers, and Tender Managers to join our team as contractors or consultants. 

Your primary focus will be on what you do best - crafting and managing winning tenders & our Tier 1 Contractor and Consultant business development executives (all prior employees of these businesses) will source the opportunities. 

You'll be working on Tier 1 and Tier 2 transport infrastructure projects, as well as other major civil engineering initiatives.

In this role, you will collaborate with industry leaders on groundbreaking projects, with the full support of Tier 1 experienced Business Development Executives who manage all client contact. 

This is a unique opportunity to contribute to some of the most significant infrastructure projects in Australia while being backed by a team dedicated to ensuring your success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage high-quality bids and tenders for major infrastructure and civil engineering projects.
  • Work closely with project teams to ensure alignment with client requirements and project goals.
  • Leverage your expertise to drive winning outcomes in competitive tender processes.
  • Focus solely on tender creation and management, supported by Business Development Executives who handle all client interactions.
