They are seeking to appoint a creative communicator who can identify and convey key messages and differentiators in proposals, bids and tenders that inspire potential clients.

**What we are looking for**:

- Experience as a Bid Writer, Proposal Writer or Bid Coordinator looking take the next step in your career
- Self-motivation with the ability to write and deliver persuasive and engaging tender documents
- Excellent organisational skills with a high degree of attention to detail
- Knowledge of proposal management best practices
- Demonstrated research skills
- Collaborative, flexible and open-minded
- Experience in creative writing or copy/bid writing
- Experience with Microsoft (Word, PPT) and Adobe PDF
- A tertiary qualification is ideal but not imperative
