
Customer Success Manager

Connect Group Services is a Psychology business servicing Corporate, NDIS and Individual needs through an innovative online platform. We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to be the key contact for our customers and to ensure they are getting the most out of our service as we continue to grow. The ability to be reasonably competent with technology as well as the Microsoft Office suite of products will be key as well as willing to learn other software services used on a daily basis (Coreplus, Hubspot etc...)
We are a young company with a big future. Our client base is quite diverse and through the extraordinary efforts of the founders, continues to grow. We would love for a similar type individual to join us on this ride who is looking to grow into the role with us and isn't afraid of bringing new ideas to how we are doing things currently.
Working with the founders and other staff members (7 in the management team + 20+ Psychologists who work remotely), key tasks include (but not limited to):
- Be passionate about customer success and establish yourself as the trusted contact for your customers
- Devise strategies to help increase revenue for all your customers and create success plans to ensure continued customer adoption and/or use of our service
- Proactively review customer dashboards, utilisation, identify trends and opportunities of further engagement
- Keep customers up to date on product releases and new features.
- Contribute feedback to Product/Engineering on product improvements to enhance customer engagement.
- Work with the Partnership Manager and Sales teams to ensure latest approaches/initiatives are made available to our existing customers
- EDM, Marketing activities and outbound customer communication
- Report generation
- Contribute to a positive team environment of collaboration, customer empathy, equality and inclusion.
- Laughing and having a good time
**Who you are**:
- 2+ years of customer success or account management experience with a track record for building and nurturing relationships with multiple stakeholders on an account at a time.
- Experience working with customers explaining how to use our service and the key aspects to it.
- Experience in using marketing technology for EDM / Outbound Communications
- A track record for creative problem solving for customers
- Eligibility to work in Australia without restrictions.
Office location is Bayside (Melbourne).
