Location: 380 St Kilda Rd, Melbourne

New opportunity for a Leasing Programs Manager to join our Treasury team, where you will ensure sufficient leasing lines for Toll’s Fleet and Helicopter divisions, whilst managing and strengthening key relationships across leasing companies and banks.

Day-to-Day management of leasing programs and management projects will be your key focus, together with the responsibility to negotiate and finalise leasing agreements through to execution.

Key responsibilities include:

- Collaborate with multiple divisions within Toll, including the teams in Finance, Legal, Tax, Strategy, Procurement, Operations and Business Divisions.
- Negotiating and executing leasing plans in accordance with Group strategy.
- Lead the task of analysing and recommending leasing plans for our Fleet and Helicopter divisions.
- Maintaining an accurate leasing register.
- Ensure dissemination of best practices and promotes exchange of experiences.

To ensure your success you will possess:

- 10 years + experience in connection with negotiating and executing leases in relation to Fleet and Helicopters.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating several projects simultaneously.
- Strong financial, business and commercial acumen, with strong analytical skills
- Experience in building trusted relationships with senior corporate managers.
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
