An opportunity has arisen for a Production Team Leader to join our team, working 6am-2.06pm Monday to Friday (with occasional weekend work).

Reporting to the WA Operations Manager, the key responsibilities of the Production Team Leader include.
- Leading a team of 11 on the daily operational duties
- Ensuring the team are meeting all safety requirements
- Tracking and helping the team achieve the agreed KPI’s and targets by actively contributing to the completion of paint prepping, canopy building and product packaging and boxing as required.
- Ensure team members are appropriately trained to operate equipment and perform their duties accurately and safely. Assist with on-the-job training requirements for the team.
- Ensure the manufacturing area is maintained in a safe, clean and tidy condition.
- Assisting with scheduling duties.
- Demonstrated experience as a Team Leader within a manufacturing or production environment is essential.
- Previous painting experience is desirable
- Safety focussed, ensuring everyone stays safe is a priority in all we do.
- Mechanically minded
- Proven problem-solving ability.
- A focus on accountability, ensuring you and the team are delivering on expectations.
