**About the Role **

We are looking for bright, energetic and dedicated people to come and join the Outback family as a **Food Runner/Server Assistant.**

Your number one priority will be to make our customers feel as if they are guests in your own home You will make each guest’s day better with friendly, prompt, and attentive service.

You are the customer's first and last impression of **Outback Steakhouse**. Have no worries, just fun

In this role, you will be required to undertake the following duties:

- Deliver food to the guests with exceptional customer service skills
- Smile & have genuine conversations with guests
- Assistant Captain servers with a sense of urgency
- Assistant in expediting and preparing food
- Answer phone calls and address customer enquiries

**About you **

We are looking for friendly and outgoing people, who are full of energy, love to engage with people and take great pride in their work.

You'll also need to have a strong work ethic and be committed to delivering exceptional customer service.

**To be successful in this role you would need to possess** the following**:

- A positive, can-do attitude
- Solid organisational skills
- Ability to work shifts as needed
- Confidence in customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
