**Cora Restaurant & Bar** is a multi award winning high-end restaurant/cocktail bar. Presenting a globally inspired Modern Australian menu it delivers a quality food of a fine dining standard. The venue offers a social dining experience that caters for people who are dressed up on a night out for a very special occasion, as well as people who have walked in straight from the beach. Cora is internationally recognised for serving award-winning international standard cocktails in a fun, friendly, relaxed environment.

We are seeking experienced **Section Waiters** who can deliver an extremely high level of customer service with your own added twist of personality

**About You**

You will have:

- Experience working in a premium restaurant (essential)
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
- A proven ability to build a meaningful rapport with our guests
- A genuine focus and appreciation for quality service
- Wide range knowledge of wine, beer and spirits
- Availability to work a variety of shifts including day, nights and weekends
- QLD RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol)
- Food Handlers Certificate

**Section Waiter**
- Confidently handle your own section
- Minimum 3 plate carry experience
- Basic Wine knowledge is required
- Good understanding of position numbers

**Hours of work**:

- Cora is open Thursday to Monday evenings, and Saturday and Sunday lunch.
- For those seeking additional hours we can offer additional shifts within our precinct at The Beach Hotel.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $31.23 - $54.00 per hour
