**THIS OPENS THE DOOR TO YOUR FUTURE: OUR OPPORTUNITY** We have an opening in our Hallam office for a dynamic individual to join our Victorian Sales team. As an integral part of our successful team, you will play a crucial role in marketplace sales and development within our architectural sales channel. Success in this role will be achieved by developing integral relationships with the key stakeholders and influencers, delivering tailored unique solutions to support their businesses. You’ll be representing our market-leading automatic entrance, door control, security, and glass fittings solutions, contributing to some of Victoria’s most iconic buildings & landmarks. Key responsibilities will include: - Serve as a trusted advisor to architects, interior designers, and consultants, building and enhancing strategic relationships to understand their intent and provide project specifications. - Develop and maintain integral relationships with key stakeholders within targeted architectural and design firms to drive preference for our solutions. - Collaborate with product management and sales teams to fully understand the market, customers, products, regulations, and current standards - Align our suite of premium Architectural solutions and services, ensuring sustainable ongoing business opportunities - Sales and revenue forecasting of projects including pipeline development. - Act as the "face of the company" and industry expert, conducting technical presentations at firm offices throughout the different phases of a project. **YOUR SKILLS** We are looking for someone with an authentic approach to networking that will be able to work closely with the greater Sales Teams to expand on our pipeline of clients and sales opportunities. - Foster a customer-centric culture - Strong focus on relationship development and territory management - Knowledge of an extensive existing architectural account base (advantageous) - Experience in consultative and solutions-based sales - Have a natural interest and flair for design, architecture and constructionBackground in construction industries with a focus on B2B sales (preferred) A pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening will be required. **WHAT YOU CAN TRUST IN: A FULFILLING WORKPLACE** Join an Industry Leader on a Global landscape.
