This would be the ideal position for an Assistant Commercial Property Manager ready to step up to your next challenge or an experienced Commercial Property Manager ready to step into a portfolio with close proximity to the office.

With support of a Trust Accountant for invoicing, the role will focus on the management and execution of property and leasing services including liaison with landlords and tenants to a high standard.

Duties include:

- Developing sustainable relationships with both tenants and owners
- Be able to negotiate and secure leases and incentives on behalf of the client for all renewals, options to lease, relocations and refurbishments
- Conduct rent reviews
- Financial reporting
- Attend to maintenance issues and liaise with tenants and landlords whilst working closely with the property management team
- Have your own registered and reliable motor vehicle
- Day to day management of the portfolio including liaison with tenants and landlords.

To be considered you will have strong interpersonal skills and a driven, motivated attitude to achieve success. Customer service and communication is key, so a high level of delivery and quick response time is expected.
