Commercial Property Manager for premium assets within a Tier-1 agency in a great CBD location
We have a new opportunity for a Commercial Property Manager to join one of our Tier-1 clients in Barangaroo and overlook a Commercial office portfolio on a permanent appointment.

Key elements of the role:

- Day-to-day management of Commercial portfolio including leasing, reporting, capex, rent roll and debt management.
- Establish, build and maintain a strong relationship with the building owners. Prepare reports for the owners as required
- Prepare accurate budgets annually on a property by property basis in prescribed format

Your Skills and Experience:

- Minimum 2 years experience within Commercial property management discipline, preferably involved with Office and prime building;
- Thorough understanding of leases, deal analysis and negotiation, outgoings recovery, rent roll and expenses.
- Tertiary qualifications, particularly in a property related discipline, are preferable.
- Intermediate MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) is essential
- Experience looking after premium buildings highly regarded
