Trainee Strata Managers for NSW. You would be required to be based at our Crows Nest Office for the first 12 weeks and then there is a possibility to be located at either Caringbah, Rose Bay or Homebush.

With a portfolio of strata buildings covering both residential and commercial properties the primary focus of Trainee Strata Manager will be to assist Strata Managers manage a portfolio of strata plans within the business whilst undertaking training to become a Strata Manager.

**Key Requirements**
- Preparation of body corporate and sub-committee meeting notices, minutes and other documentation.
- Liaising with various groups such as Strata Committee members, owners, real estate agents, solicitors, contractors and any other relevant body to assist with queries, requests and conflict resolution, to ensure relations are professionally maintained for every owner’s corporation.
- Provide support on a wide range of real and perceived concerns about property and other issues.
- Be availablr to attend meetings with your allocated Strata Managers
- Build and maintain business relationships with clients and suppliers through customer focus that will enhance the reputation of the organisation.
