Bakers Assistant

We are looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic qualified Baker to join our team at Bakers Delight Crows Nest

At Bakers Delight, our Bakers are responsible for:

Baking and presenting quality product to meet customer needs.

*
Coaching and supporting the development of Apprentices and Bakers

Assistants.

*
Maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the bakery.

*
Assisting the Production Manager with stock control and production

expenses.

*
Proving delightful customer service when required.
- To be considered for this role, you will need to:

Have passion for baking

Have a reliable form of transportation.(Preferred not essential)

Excellent communication, literacy and numeracy skills.

Knowledge of food handling and Food safety.

**Salary**: $45,103.42 - $65,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Crows Nest, NSW 2065: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Food service: 1 year (preferred)
