**ABOUT US**

Connecting Care Support Services is a Disability Support Provider servicing NDIS participants in the South East Queensland Region including Sunshine Coast, Moreton Bay, North Brisbane, Central Brisbane, South Brisbane, Logan, Ipswich and surrounding areas.

We offer In Home Support, Community Access, Group Activities, Respite and Centre Based Activities.

We are passionate about providing a high level of service to our clients and fantastic opportunities for our staff grow and excel.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

The Client Services Officer reports directly to the Client Services Manager and will be covering a wide range of tasks. The CSO will have great customer service skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Intake Meetings and Client Service Reviews with NDIS Participants to ensure we are providing the best quality service to all clients.

Caseload Management of a team of support workers to ensure service performance standards are met.

Facilitating the Centre Based and Community Activities, Social groups and skills building activities.

Monitoring the rostering system, covering vacant shifts, updating staff availabilities and matching support workers with participants.

Recording Data Entry and ensuring all relevant documentation is kept up to date for auditing purposes.

Posting on Social Media Accounts and assisting with the Quarterly Newsletter.

**ABOUT YOU**

We are looking for someone with a passion for people and a good level of technical skills. You are naturally positive, caring and have great communication skills.

To be considered for this role, you will need the following, or be willing and able to obtain;
Previous Experience in the Disability Industry or a similar role.

Relevant Qualifications - Minimum Certificate III Individual support or Higher Education/ Willing to obtain while working.

Drivers Licence and reliable transport to get to work.

Current First Aid & CPR (willing to obtain)

Blue Card & Yellow Card (willing to obtain)

COVID 19 Infection Control Certificate (willing to obtain)

NDIS Worker Orientation Module/Induction (willing to obtain)

Current Covid-19 Vaccination Certificate

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:
