Booking Consultant

We're seeking a Booking Consultant who can connect, qualify, and schedule clients for credit restoration consultations with our specialist team.

**The Role**
- **Enquiry Conversion**: Guide potential clients from enquiry to a qualified booking.
- **Client Interaction**: Handle new calls, gather initial details, ask qualifying questions, take credit card payments, and set appointments.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with our reception, paralegals, and sales teams to ensure a seamless experience.
- **Credit Report Analysis**: Training provided - you’ll learn how to read credit reports and identify areas where we can help (including a video tutorial for quick upskilling).
- **Appointment Setting**: Schedule 30-minute consultations with our expert, Rod, to explore clients' needs and provide solutions.

**About You**
- **Communication Skills**: Fluent in English with strong grammar, spelling, and speaking skills.
- **Customer Service Background**: Experience in front-line roles (think hospitality, retail, or reception) and a personable approach.
- **Sales Savvy**: Prior sales experience is a bonus.
- **Time Management Pro**: Skilled at multitasking and prioritizing - even taking notes while on the phone.
- **Tech Proficiency**: Microsoft Office at intermediate level or higher.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,200.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplementary Pay:

- Bonus
- Performance bonus
- Weekly bonus
