We’re looking for a **People and Culture Business Partner** to join our **close-knit team of three**. This is a **truly generalist role** where no two days are the same — perfect for an **experienced Advisor ready to take the next step** into a broader partnering position.

**What you’ll do**
- Partner with leaders to deliver practical, people-first solutions that drive confidence, capability and engagement.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment campaigns that attract purpose-driven talent using the WHO Method.
- Support performance, engagement, and wellbeing initiatives that bring our values to life.
- Play a key role in our **Employment Hero implementation**, driving smarter systems and better employee experiences.
- Contribute to strategic projects in **Learning & Development, workforce planning, and retention**.

**What you’ll bring**
- 5+ years’ experience in HR generalist, advisory or partnering roles.
- Knowledge of Australian HR and WHS legislation.
- ** Employment Hero** experience (or similar HRIS).
- A balance of compassion, curiosity and commercial thinking.
