**Classification**: Clerk Grade 5/6

**Salary**: $99,938 to $110,271 p.a. (paid on a pro-rata basis, excluding employer’s contribution to superannuation and annualised leave loading).

**Work type**: Temporary up to 18 months (commencing at the beginning of December 2025), **21 hours per week (Wednesday, Thursday and Friday).** This is a job-share arrangement.
- Our primary place of work is the Crown Solicitor’s Office located at 60-70 Elizabeth Street, Sydney. In July 2026, we will be relocating to new premises at Parkline Place, 252 Pitt Street, Sydney.

**About the role**
- An exciting opportunity exists for you as a People & Culture Advisor, to join the NSW Crown Solicitor’s Office (CSO) People & Culture team. As a key HR partner to managers and employees, you will provide accurate and timely advice and support in the management and resolution of operational people's matters.
- You will be responsible for staying up-to-date with public sector and CSO policies and procedures, managing the CSO establishment, responding to queries regarding the full employee lifecycle, partnering with the CSO’s payroll shared services provider, monitoring employee data, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, policies and guidelines.

**Essential requirements**
- Tertiary qualifications in human resource management or equivalent relevant experience.
- You are customer focused and aim to deliver positive employee experiences.
- You communicate effectively and have high attention to detail.
- You have experience using human resource information systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, SuccessFactors etc.).
- You can build effective relationships by working collaboratively with others.
- You are proactive and thrive working in a dynamic team environment.
