**About this role**
We have a fantastic opportunity for a motivated **Front of House & Office Administrator** to join our vibrant and enthusiastic Office Services team based in **Perth**. As an FOH & Office Administrator you will be the first point of contact for all Arup visitors and callers and to manage the administration of the reception area and assisting with a variety of requests from Arup Perth Staff members. With access to a global community of FOH staff & Administrators you will collaborate with and learn from other minds.

**What will I do?**
- Greet all clients and visitors that enter the office with a polite and friendly demeanor. Encourage interaction and develop networks with Arup internal staff.
- Maintain stationery, office and kitchen supplies, liaise with suppliers and process invoices. Check & maintain the standards of meeting room, office and kitchen spaces, ensuring that they are suitable for staff and client use.
- Order catering for events and meetings. Set up and pack down event space/meeting rooms, provide support to Events Team.
- Assist clients, external and internal Arup staff with requests such as creating or deleting security passes, replace cards when lost, car parking, pool cars, meeting room and resource bookings among a variety of other requests.
- Manage the Arup Perth Office Inbox and the Perth Reception Inbox daily.

- Relevant industry experience in a similar reception role
- Ability to communicate with people at all levels in both technical and non-technical environments.
- Consults with others to develop the level of knowledge required for the role.
- Ability to remain positively motivated and foster team spirit at times of significant pressure, including assisting others to meet deadlines.
- Desire to excel.
