Seeking an enthusiastic administrator to manage the front reception and back of house administration duties

**Your new company**
A leading corporate financial advisory firm based in Perth CBD, is seeking an enthusiastic and professional administrator to manage the front reception whilst simultaneously supporting with back-of-house administration tasks. This well-established organisation is based conveniently to public transport, and is offering this position on a full-time, permanent basis.

**Your new role**
As the front-of-house administrator you will be responsible for acting as a professional first point of contact for clients attending the office. In addition your key responsibilities will include:

- Preparation and management of the front-office area and general meeting rooms
- Management of kitchen and office supplies
- Monthly invoicing and general data entry duties
- Adhoc administration tasks as required to support the business and financial services teams

**What you'll need to succeed**
In order to be considered for this position you will have previous experience in a similar reception/administration support role. In addition you will display:

- Fantastic professionalism
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong IT skills with experience using Microsoft Office Packages
- Strong organisation and time management skills
