Seeking a friendly and professional individual to take on front of house duties and support with admin tasks

**Your new comp**
A leading professional services firm is seeking a friendly and enthusiastic individual, who is confident in acting as first point of contact for the business in addition to supporting with administration tasks. This position is being offered on a full-time, permanent basis working on a market-rate salary package with additional employee benefits. You will be a part of a close-knit team who will support you throughout your career and encourage development along the way.

**Your new role**
As the Front of House Administrator you will be solely responsible in greeting key contacts who visit the business, attending to their needs and enquiries. In addition to this you will be;
- Managing front office cleanliness and tidiness of meeting rooms
- General data entry tasks and invoicing
- Responsibility in managing kitchen and office supplies, ordering stock as needed
- General adhoc tasks to support office workflow including emptying the dishwasher, making tea/coffee, scanning, filing etc.

**What you'll need to succeed**
To be considered for this role you will ideally have previously worked in a similar office support role assisting with administration tasks. In addition to this you will display;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Be an excellent team player and use initiative to support your colleagues
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong IT skills with experience using Microsoft Office Packages
- A positive working attitude and willingness to learn
