Dental Assistant/clinic Co-ordinator

We are looking for an experienced Dental Assistant/Clinic Coordinator who is professional and has excellent communication skills.
A warm and proactive team focused nature will see you be successful, and fit the culture of the practice.
Our aim is to always exceed our Patient's expectations in creating beautiful and healthy smiles. The individual must have a positive attitude and empathy for others.
Your role is to ensure the smooth running of procedures along with your team members.
About the role:
- Manage clinic room and ordering materials.
- Clinical chair-side assistance and support to the dentist.
- Maintain and implement procedures relating to the clinic, including infection control.
- Sterilisation of dental instruments.
- Collaborate closely with the clinical team.
- Coordination of laboratory work.
To truly excel in this role, you will need to be:
- Knowledge in all aspects of general dentistry.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Computer literate
- Dental 4 Windows knowledge is preferable.
- Cert III/IV in Dental Assisting will be advantageous.
- Consistently well presented, polite and tactful with a genuine interest in helping people.
- Must be punctual and reliable.
- Must be approachable and honest, ability to work unsupervised.
- Must be a permanent resident or hold a working Visa
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Contract
Pay: $32.00 - $38.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift

- Dental assistance: 2 years (required)
