**Technical Overview -**
- Murex 3.1 experience and understanding of Murex Application Global operating model.
- Experience in Murex workflows and exception management STP for Markets
- Experience in the underlying products in order to complete the analysis for the business process impact assessments as well as the Operations work instructions:

- Experience in Murex 2.11 and Murex 3.1 workflows and functionality

Experience in Market settlements for Fixed Income, IRD, FX, MM, and Commodities including:
a) Fixed income: Repos, Buy Sell Backs

b) Fixed income: DVP vs FOP Settlement

c) Fixed income: Corporate Actions

d) Fixed income: Stock Management

e) Fixed income: MT5xx Series Messages

f) Fixed income: Clearer Processing

g) FX: CLS vs Gross Settlement

h) FX: CLS IPIS RPIS upload

i) FX: MT202, 103 SWIFT settlement

j) FX: Confirmations Processing and MT3XX Series Messages

k) FX: Options/Swaps/NDFs/Spot

l) MM: Loans and Borrowing, Call Deposits, Commercial Papers
- Front office booking models understanding
- Back office settlements processing knowledge
- Experience in Back office Confirmation, Payment and Document workflows
- Expertise in designing/coding logic for Murex 3.1 MXML workflows and formulas to be able to efficiently build business functionalities in tight timelines.
- Prior experience working in back-office projects on Greenfield implementations/Murex 3.1 upgrades to understand the complexity of ‘building’ functionalities from scratch.
- Experience in Markets Settlements for different asset classes especially FX and Fixed Income.
- Ability to logically and analytically access different scenarios and come up with solutions to automate manual business processes.
- Understanding of the full trade life cycle and the kind of interactions between different teams in FO, MO and Back office and within different teams in the Back office.
- In-depth understanding of how different Murex components/services interact with and impact each other to be able to resolve production issues/incidents in a timely manner.
- Expertise in environment management and prior experience in the automation of various tasks for faster turnaround.
