**Maintenance Handyman/woman**

Hugo’s Home Works provides high quality building maintenance and renovation work whilst providing the best customer service experience. We also make sure that we select staff and contractors who will provide the same level of service and excellence.

We are currently looking for a Handyperson with exceptional customer service skills as well as a high regard for quality assured work and safety standards. This is a casual position offering great opportunities for growth if you are looking to build a strong future with an expanding business.

Main duties include:

- General labouring
- Building maintenance

Essential Skills & Criteria:

- Exceptional customer service skills
- Polite and well presented
- Strong work ethic
- **Demonstrated maintenance / construction skills and the ability to perform a wide variety of residential building maintenance tasks unsupervised**
- Ability to problem solve and find appropriate solutions
- Time management skills to ensure workload is managed and deadlines met according to agreed priorities
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as unsupervised
- Manual Drivers Licence or own trade vehicle
- Proof of right to work in Australia
- Attention to detail

Desired Skills & Criteria:

- Own transport
- Within reasonable driving distance to Osborne Park
- Ceiling repairs/installation and/or fencing experience

**Benefits**:

- Hourly pay will be based on award rates and vary depending on experience.
- Flexible working hours can be arranged

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $30.00 - $38.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Perth, WA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Order Picking Forklift Licence (preferred)
- White Card (preferred)
- Forklift Licence (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
