Job Description

Just Jon handyman Services is a young company with a dedicated team delivering excellence to our customers. Work includes everything from 4 hour jobs to multiple month renovations. Looking for a driven individual with a keen eye for detail. Positive attitude, flexible and open minded.

Responsibilities

- Effective/ prompt communication with customers and team members
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as residential & commercial handyman services, window and door installations, rental property maintenance, honey do lists, flooring, drywalling, painting, carpentry, garbage runs, stairs & docks
- Plan for future jobs and pick up materials as needed
- Conduct routine inspections to identify and resolve issues
- Repair or replace damaged components
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations
- Travel to jobsites
- Accountability for quality

Qualifications

- Proven experience in construction
- Solid knowledge of general maintenance and repair techniques
- Proficient in using hand and power tools
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or with a team
- Excellent communication skills

Must be willing to work on challenging projects. Must have Valid G drivers license. Must have own vehicle and set of tools. Must be reliable. Must be tech savvy.
