Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks, including carpentry, and general handyman duties.

• Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures.

• Respond promptly to repair requests and ensure all work is completed in a timely manner.

• Maintain accurate records of performed repairs, supplies used, and time spent on each task.

• Collaborate with other team members and contractors to coordinate larger projects or specialized repairs.

• Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations at all times.

• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional demeanor when interacting with clients.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Handyman with a focus on carpentry.

• Solid knowledge of general maintenance and repair tasks.

• Proficient in using hand and power tools related to carpentry and general repairs.

• Strong carpentry skills

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

• Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor as required.

• Valid driver's license
